Job Description:
  • Reviewing new customer engagements
  • Facilitating access provisioning
  • Analyzing access issue root cause and resolve accordingly
  • Launching engagements with Vendor & Program Managers.

Required Knowledge / Skill Sets:

  • Understand group-based access control and have a basic understanding of IP networking
  • Technical skills to interact with Security, Support, and Application development teams.
  • Analytical skills to perform basic troubleshooting and understand complex business processes.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
  • Use of tools such as Google Spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfaces.
  • Critical thinking skills to solve problems by thinking outside of the box Required
  • Ability to stay calm in pressurized situations and not be easily upset by constantly changing requirements
  • Must be extremely detail orientated
  • Document process and process flows.
  • Make recommendations and implement process improvements to reduce system defects.
  • Presentation skills to share findings with the team and deploy training to implement approved changes. Track and monitor change improvements.
Must have :
  • Excellent Spoken & Written English.
Skill set required:
  • Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Should be willing to work in other functions as well on need basis
Note :
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in 24X7 rotational shifts.
  • Candidate should have a good Internet connection since interview process will happen remotely.
